Chocolate, Banana, Peanut-Butter Workout Smoothie

Blend this:

  • 1 heaped teaspoon crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 heaped teaspoons raw protein powder
  • 1 heaped teaspoon coco/cacao powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 chopped frozen banana
  • Unsweetened almond milk (enough to fill the rest of the cup)
  • Can top with cocoa nibs.
